Billing

What counts as a vehicle?

Each billed vehicle slot on the Professional tier allows:

  • 1 vehicle type (e.g. 16-seat minibus)
  • 1 company-owned vehicle (a specific reg plate)
  • 3 drivers or suppliers

Worked example:

1 vehicle type, 3 vehicles and 8 drivers → billed as 3 vehicles.
1 vehicle type, 3 vehicles and 12 drivers → billed as 4 vehicles (you exceeded the 3-drivers-per-slot allowance).

Pay only for what you actually use — add slots as your fleet grows, drop them when you don't need them.
